To protect and maintain local services, such as neighborhood police patrols, investigation and gang suppression officers, fire and 9-1-1 emergency response times, streets and parks maintenance, recreation programs and other general City services, shall the City of Soledad enact a one percent (1%) sales tax, for five (5) years, reviewed by a citizens' oversight committee, annual independent audits, and all funds for Soledad and no funds for Sacramento?
