Shall the Ordinance be adopted? This proponent driven Ordinance would replace the City's existing Ordinance No. 1063 which was passed on February 15, 2022, and which currently allows Commercial Cannabis activity within City Limits including dispensaries, delivery, cultivation, manufacturing, testing, and microbusiness. The proposed Ordinance replaces the existing City Ordinance and in general, allows for a sliding scale of commercial activities based on population, consumption lounges, places a local preference on all applications, and regulates personal cultivation.
