To fund critical County of Monterey services, including street maintenance and pothole repair; enhanced public safety, emergency services and disaster response, prevention, and recovery; programs to reduce homelessness; libraries, parks, and recreation facilities; water and sewer infrastructure; healthcare; clean and affordable drinking water and other services; shall the County of Monterey’s transaction and use tax be increased in unincorporated areas by 1%, providing approximately $29,000,000 annually, to be spent locally only, until ended by voters?

To prevent Lakeside School from closure, attract and retain highly qualified teachers, protect core academic programs in reading, writing and math, and support innovative science, technology and engineering programs, shall Lakeside Joint School District's measure be adopted, renewing expiring local funding without increasing the current $647 rate, providing $500,000 annually for 8 years that cannot be taken by the State, with senior exemptions, annual adjustments, citizens' oversight, no funds for administrators and all funds staying local?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Pajaro Valley Unified School District’s measure to renovate classrooms; expand career/ technical education programs including robotics and coding; and replace outdated plumbing,  leaking pipes and aging electrical wiring be adopted, authorizing $315 million of bonds with levies less than $60 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $18.3 million annually) while outstanding, legal rates, annual audits, independent oversight, eligibility for state matching funds and full public disclosure?

(INITIATIVE) Shall voters enact on ordinance to fund projects to protect drinking water sources, rivers, creeks, streams, groundwater resources, beaches, and parks, reduce catastrophic wildfire risks, and preserve native wildlife, habitats, working lands, and agriculture, by levying $87 per parcel per year, raising approximately $7.3 million annually, with citizens' oversight, annual reports, public spending disclosure, and all money distributed locally, until ended by voters?

To sustain vital City services such as improving/ maintaining neighborhood parks/beaches/open space, providing safe routes to schools, expanding community recreational/youth/ senior programs, addressing crime/ public safety, improving bike/pedestrian safety, and help fight diabetes, heart disease, and childhood obesity, shall City of Santa Cruz's measure levying a two- cents per ounce tax for general governmental use on the wholesale distribution of sugar-sweetened beverages (e.g., sodas, energy drinks); generating $1,300,000 annually, until ended by voters, be adopted?
