Shall the City of Weed impose a Transactions and Use Tax of 0.25% (1/4th of Once Percent) of gross receipts from any sale or use pursuant to Revenue & Taxation Code sec. 7285.9 for general municipal purposes, including parks and recreation, police and fire protection, street and cemetery maintenance, and for an emergency reserve fund? This tax increase does not have termination date. Estimated revenue: $260,000 annually.
