Shall the measure to maintain local city services, such as: maintaining 911 emergency response/neighborhood police patrols; fixing potholes, repairing streets/sidewalks; maintaining on-duty firefighters/paramedics; and storm drains to prevent flooding; by modernizing the City of Redwood City business license tax base, and per employee rates between $10 and $250, with the highest fee on larger businesses, for general government use, as described in the ordinance, providing approximately $7,000,000 annually, until ended by voters, be adopted?

To maintain critical City services, such as: street/ pothole repair; park/ recreation programs; enhance emergency preparedness for storms, flooding, wildfires; police 911 emergency response/ preparedness; storm drain maintenance; and for general government use; shall the City of Menlo Park measure be adopted raising the transient occupancy (hotel) tax from 12 percent to 15.5 percent, paid only by hotel/ lodging guests until ended by voters, providing an estimated $3,600,000 annually, that cannot be taken by Sacramento, including citizen oversight?

Shall the ordinance simplifying the existing City of Belmont business license structure, funding general city services, such as: fixing potholes, streets and sidewalks, maintaining 9-1-1 emergency response, maintaining parks, open space, and sports fields, maintaining neighborhood police patrols, crime prevention, keeping public areas healthy, safe, clean; lowering most businesses' rates with typical rates between 0.04% and 0.1% of gross receipts, described in the ordinance, until ended by voters, maintaining $1,300,000 annually, requiring independent audits, be adopted?

To maintain and enhance quality elementary and middle school education, with local funding the State cannot take away, by attracting and retaining highly qualified teachers/counselors/staff; enhancing math, history, reading and writing programs; maintaining hands-on science, technology/art/music programs; and supporting student success; shall Pacifica School District's measure be adopted levying $98 per parcel, with annual adjustments, raising $1,100,000 annually, for 8 years, exempting seniors, with independent oversight and no money for administrators?

To maintain excellent education for Burlingame students by attracting and retaining qualified teachers; protecting core academic programs in math, reading, and writing; reducing class sizes; and providing hands-on science, technology and engineering classes, shall Burlingame Elementary School District's measure be adopted, levying $0.14 per building square foot, capped at $2,500 per parcel and $25 per unimproved parcel, providing $3,600,000 annually for 8 years, with citizens• oversight, senior exemptions, no funds for administrators, and all funds staying local?

To improve all local elementary/middle schools by upgrading math, reading and writing classrooms; updating science, technology, and engineering labs; repairing leaking roofs; providing teachers with instructional tools to prepare students for future success; and rebuilding aging school facilities, shall Millbrae Elementary School District's measure be adopted authorizing $95,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $30 per $100,000 assessed value, $6,000,000 annually, while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight, audits, no funds for administrators, and funds staying local?

With funds the' State cannot take and spend elsewhere, shall Cabrillo Unified School District's measure to improve classrooms and ensure disability access at Hatch Elementary, El Granada Elementary, Farallone View Elementary, Kings Mountain Elementary, Cunha Intermediate and Half Moon Bay High and increase competitiveness· in attracting/ retaining employees by constructing . teacher /staff housing be adopted, authorizing $153.4 million of bonds with average levies below $55 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising' $8,700,000 annually while outstanding), legal rates, citizen oversight, State matching funds eligibility, audits, and public disclosure of spending?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and. spent elsewhere, shall Cabrillo Unified School District's replacement parcel tax be adopted, raising $2.14 million per year to attract and retain top-tier educators; increase teacher/ staff wages; expand Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math, and career and college preparation programs at Hatch Elementary, El Granada Elementary, Farallone View Elementary, Kings Mountain Elementary, Cunha Intermediate and Half Moon Bay High at $198 per parcel for eight years with senior citizen exemptions and full public disclosure of all spending?

To improve Belmont-Redwood Shores School District's local elementary and middle schools; replace aging technology infrastructure for 21st century learning in science, engineering and math; repair or replace leaky roofs, heating and cooling systems; provide updated equipment for classrooms; shall Belmont-Redwood Shores School District's measure be adopted authorizing $171,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $29 per $100,000 assessed value while bonds are outstanding ($11,400,000 annually), that cannot be taken away by the State, with citizen oversight, and annual audits?

To help the City of Half Moon Bay maintain financial stability and essential services, such as maintaining 911 emergency response times, sheriff patrols, and disaster/emergency preparedness; keeping public places safe, healthy, and clean; reducing traffic congestion; and maintaining youth and recreation programs, shall a measure establishing a half-cent (0.5%) sales tax, providing approximately $2,000,000 annually for general revenue purposes until ended by voters, with annual audits/locally controlled funding, be adopted?

To upgrade Encinal, Laurel, Oak Knoll and Hillview schools, improve campus security, upgrade seismic safety, replace/repair aging buildings, acquire classroom air conditioning, and modernize learning technology, shall Menlo Park City School District's measure authorizing $123.6 million in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying approximately $18.60 per$ l 00,000 of assessed value (raising $8.5 million annually) while bonds are outstanding, with annual audits, citizen oversight committee, no money for administrators, and all funds benefitting local public schools?

To maintain and enhance Woodside School's academic excellence by providing quality instruction In math, science, reading/writing; attracting/retaining outstanding teachers; and maintaining low student-teacher ratio, shall Woodside Elementary School District's measure be adopted extending the District's existing school parcel tax, currently at $366. 66 per parcel (raising approximately $392,000 annually), for 12 years, without increasing the tax rate, as annually adjusted, with independent citizens' oversight, exempting those 65 years and older, and all funds spent only for Woodside School?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Jefferson Union High School District's measure to attract and retain highly qualified teachers, counselors, and staff; offer more competitive wages and benefits; and expand classes for career training/college preparedness at Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, and Westmoor High Schoolsbe adopted, replacing its expiring annual parcel tax at $95 per parcel for ten years (raising $3.3 million annually) with senior citizen exemptions, and public disdosure of all spending?
