With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Chula Vista Elementary School District’s measure to upgrade emergency communications and security systems; repair deteriorating roofs; ensure accessibility for the disabled; and renovate aging playground equipment and existing classrooms be adopted, authorizing $360 million of bonds levying approximately $29 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $22 million annually) while outstanding, with legal rates, independent oversight, eligibility for State matching funds and full public disclosure of spending?

Shall Charter section 66 be amended to eliminate the primary election when two or fewer candidates for particular seat for the Board of Education of the San Diego Unified School District, including write- in candidates, qualify for the primary election, with the qualifying candidates automatically moving forward to the general election?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Lemon Grove School District’s measure to ensure disabled access and expand science, technology, coding, robotics, engineering, arts, and math classrooms and labs be adopted, authorizing $30 million of bonds with legal rates, average levies below $25 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (generating $1.8 million annually) while outstanding, citizen oversight, audits, no funds for administrator salaries and full public disclosure of spending?

Shall Charter section 41.3 be added so the Ethics Commission, which regulates City officials, candidates for City office, lobbyists, and consultants, can be eliminated only by voters, appoints its own Executive Director without Council confirmation, independently initiates its own investigations and law enforcement referrals, has defined qualifications and term limits, and is provided sufficient resources?

To invest in neighborhood upgrades which can include fixing potholes, repairing streets, sidewalks, and streetlights, improving parks and libraries, updating police, fire, paramedic, and 9-1-1 response, and providing infrastructure and delivering general services across San Diego neighborhoods, shall the measure enacting a one-cent sales tax be adopted, generating approximately $400,000,000 per year until ended by voters, requiring citizen oversight and independent audits, with all funds staying in the City of San Diego?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Lemon Grove School District’s measure to replace leaky roofs and plumbing; update aging electrical and inefficient heating and cooling systems; and improve security systems be adopted, authorizing $30 million of bonds with legal rates, average levies below $25 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (generating $1.8 million annually) while outstanding, citizen oversight, audits, no funds for administrator salaries and full public disclosure of spending?

To repair/upgrade roads, bridges, storm drains, rail lines, and prevent railway bluff collapse; reduce traffic congestion; improve pedestrian, bicyclist, and driver safety; improve public transit; protect wildlife habitat/air quality; and fill potholes; shall the measure authorizing a half-cent sales tax raising $350,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring citizen oversight, public spending disclosure, and independent annual audits be adopted?

Shall San Diego Community College District’s measure to: • Repair classrooms • Protect college affordability • Prepare students for careers including nursing, firefighting, science, engineering • Repair deteriorating roofs, electrical/gas lines • Ensure safe drinking water • Remove lead paint, asbestos • Improve veteran/homeless student resources be adopted authorizing $3.5 billion in bonds at legal rates, averaging 2.5¢ per $100 of assessed valuation (generating $168 million annually while bonds are outstanding) with oversight, spending disclosures, funds staying local?

To prevent substantial cuts to: The number of firefighters/paramedics; The number of police officers (including patrol, crime prevention, and homeless enforcement); Street maintenance (for example, pothole repair and repaving); and Other essential City services; Shall the City continue the ½ cent sales tax approved by the voters in 2008, for an additional 20 years, with oversight from a Citizens’ Committee?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Santee School District’s measure to replace leaky pipes and plumbing; repair inefficient heating and air-conditioning; update emergency communications; and improve school security be adopted, authorizing $30.62 million of bonds with legal rates, audits, average levies below $12 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $1.8 million annually while outstanding), citizen oversight, full public disclosure of all spending and no estimated increase in current tax rates?

To repair/upgrade schools, including vocational/career, science, engineering classrooms/labs, technology; improve safety/security, emergency communications systems; remove asbestos/lead paint/mold; provide safe drinking water; repair gas/sewer lines, restrooms; shall Sweetwater Union High School District’s measure authorizing $647,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation, raising approximately $42,600,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, requiring public spending disclosure, oversight, all funds used locally, be adopted?

To prepare students/veterans for jobs; upgrade vocational/career classrooms, labs/technology/equipment to train local nurses, firefighters/paramedics/other occupations; remove lead pipes/asbestos; repair deteriorating gas/sewer lines; shall Southwestern Community College District issue $800,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levy on average $25 per $100,000 of assessed valuation, generating $51,000,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, requiring audits, public oversight/spending disclosure, all funds staying local, be adopted?

To provide funding for city services in Lemon Grove, such as keeping local streets, sidewalks, stormdrains, parks, community facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained; fixing potholes; providing fire protection, paramedic, police, and 911 emergency response; traffic management; addressing homelessness; and removing graffiti/trash; Shall City of Lemon Grove's ordinance establishing a one-cent sales tax be adopted, providing $5,957,000 annually for 10 years, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and all money locally controlled?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State, shall Cajon Valley Union School District’s measure to repair or replace leaky roofs, pipes and plumbing; update inefficient heating and cooling systems; and renovate classrooms be adopted, authorizing $280 million of bonds with average levies below $27 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $15 million annually) while outstanding, legal rates, citizen oversight, state matching funds eligibility, audits, full public disclosure of spending and no estimated increase in current tax rates?
