Without raising tax rates, shall an ordinance to repair potholes, keep local roads in good condition; upgrade structurally declining bridges/overpasses; improve highway safety, 911 emergency vehicle access, air quality, public transit services; protect low-cost senior transportation options and create local jobs; be adopted, continuing the voter-approved transportation ½¢ sales tax (established 1986), providing approximately $228,000,000 annually for 30 years; requiring audits, public spending disclosure and local control?

Shall the measure for decreasing the number of members of the governing board of Knights Ferry Elementary School District from five to three be adopted?

Shall the measure to expand access and opportunities in nursing, agriculture, criminology, engineering/STEM programs; repair/upgrade academic and other campus facilities; provide safe drinking water; provide scholarships for local, low-income students and veterans by establishing a 0.2% sales tax countywide, except for the City of Reedley where the rate would be 0.025%, providing approximately $36,000,000 annually for 20 years with independent oversight, audits, public disclosure, be adopted?

To promote efficiency, transparency, and modernization of City government, shall the Charter of the City of Modesto be amended to increase and clarify the powers and duties of the City Auditor, create a permanent audit committee, change the timing of the mayoral election to coincide with the statewide primary and general election, adjust the timeline for preparation and adoption of the annual budget, and make several other minor changes?

To fund general city services in the City of Modesto, such as police patrols, gang, drug, and crime prevention; fire protection, paramedic/911 emergency response; addressing homelessness; cleaning-up trash and illegal dumping; keeping streets, parks, sidewalks, landscapes and infrastructure safe, clean, and well-maintained, shall an ordinance establishing a one-cent sales tax be adopted, providing $39,000,000 annually for general government use in Modesto until ended by voters, with citizen oversight and all money locally controlled?

To update career training classrooms, labs/equipment to prepare students for the workforce; repair leaking roofs/deteriorating plumbing; and update classrooms/science labs for quality instruction in math, science, reading/writing, shall the Modesto City High School District measure be adopted authorizing $198,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, providing approximately $9,700,000 annually at an estimated 2.9 cents per $100 assessed value while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight, annual audits, no funds for administrator salaries, and funds used locally? 

Shall the measure establishing a 1/8 percent sales tax providing approximately $19.5 million annually for 20 years to improve facilities and services for Fresno veterans, including affordable housing, job training/placement, and mental/physical healthcare; reduce veteran homelessness; rehabilitate deteriorating Fresno Veterans Memorial Auditorium, VFW/American Legion halls (by removing asbestos and providing disabled accessibility), requiring local use of funds, public spending disclosure, citizen oversight and audits, be adopted?

To keep local streets, highways, and infrastructure in good repair; fix potholes, pave/ maintain local streets; improve highway safety and 9-1- 1 emergency vehicle access; retrofit older bridges/ overpasses; complete other transportation projects; and qualify for $600,000,000 in State/ Federal matching funds, shall an ordinance be adopted continuing Madera County’s voter- approved ½¢ sales tax without increasing the tax rate, renewing $20,000,000 annually until ended by voters, with citizen oversight/ independent audits and all money staying local?
