To repair aging classrooms and school facilities, including labs and technology; improve student safety and campus security; and provide students access to the education needed to succeed, shall the Fruitvale School District's measure to issue $23,000,000 bonds at legal interest rates, raising an average $1,400,000 annually while bonds are outstanding at a rate of approximately 3¢ per $100 assessed value, with citizen oversight, audits, no money for administrator salaries, and all money locally controlled be approved?
