Measure L - City of Sand City

To enhance Sand City’s infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, parks, trees, trails, community arts, and beach access; maintain public safety and emergency preparation; invest in community facilities; and other general City services, shall the general tax measure be adopted, estimated to generate $1,400,000 annually in general fund revenue mainly from regional non-resident shoppers, by increasing Sand City’s 1% transactions and use tax to 1.5%, until repealed by voters, and requiring an independent audit?
