To provide local services, such as low-cost youth recreation programs and facilities, arts and science programs, senior programs and services, animal welfare programs and services, daycare and other general City services, shall a measure to enact a one-half percent (.5%) increase to the Soledad Transaction and Use Tax, generating $900,000 per year annually until ended by voters, reviewed by a citizens’ oversight committee, with annual independent audits, be adopted?
