Shall the City of Adelanto 's measure, to fund parks/recreation programs, capital improvements/other infrastructure projects, public safety, and to fight illegal dumping and blight, enacting a vacant property tax on parcels used less than 50 days per year, at rates ranging from $50.00/acre to $600.00/acre annually, for 20 years, based on zoning, raising about $6,200,000/year, with citizen oversight and hardship exemptions for seniors and low-income individuals, be adopted?
