Measure I - Buttonwillow Union Elementary

To update school facilities with modern technology, repair roofs, make path of travel and play surface improvements, and renovate classrooms and other school facilities, shall the Buttonwillow Union School District measure authorizing $4,000,000 in bonds, at legal interest rates, and levying approximately $15.00 per $100,000 of assessed vctluation (raising $301,190 annually) while bonds are outstanding, be adopted, with a board appointed citizens' oversight committee and annual independent audits to assure proper expenditure of funds?
