City of Yucaipa Public Safety/Essential Services Protection Measure; to prevent reducing police officers/firefighters/paramedics/fire stations, and to maintain other essential services, including 911 response, property crime/gang prevention, senior/youth/afterschool programs, homelessness prevention, street/pothole repair, and for general government use, shall a measure establishing a 1¢ transactions and use (sales) tax providing approximately $6,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring oversight, independent audits, spending disclosure, local control of all funds, be adopted?
