Measure YM - City of Lancaster

Shall an ordinance protecting Lancaster’s financial stability; maintaining essential services; maintaining 911 response; retaining businesses; maintaining veterans, senior, mental health, and homelessness community programs; by amending the city’s sales and use tax ordinance to provide automatic increase to the sales and use tax rate to the maximum permitted – whether because another tax expires, the Legislature increases the statutory maximum use tax for the City, or otherwise – be adopted?
