To preserve funding for various City services and goals like fire protection; graffiti removal; street and sidewalk repair; park maintenance and enhancements; youth and senior programs; building rainy day reserves and any other general governmental purpose, shall the City's 1 /2% transactions and use tax be increased to 3/4% and extended indefinitely until ended by voters to raise an additional $3,500,000 annually?
