Measure Z - City of Canyon Lake

To provide funding that may only be used for police, fire, 911 response, and other public safety services, shall a measure restricting the use of already existing utility users taxes on water and sewer services and emergency medical service subscription/response fees as well as establishing a 0.75% transactions and use (sales) tax and a 6% retail cannabis tax, providing approximately $855,000 annually until ended by voters, be adopted?
