Shall the measure establishing a 1¢ sales tax for general government use to maintain the City of California City's vital services, such as maintaining neighborhood police patrols, fire protection, 911 emergency response times, maintaining crime suppression and investigation, city streets and pothole repair, parks and recreation, job creation and economic improvement programs, senior and youth services, and generating approximately $700,000 annually, in perpetuity, with regular financial audits, independent citizens' oversight, and requiring funds be used locally, be adopted?
