To prepare students for college, careers and trades, and support hands-on math, science, engineering and technology instruction by upgrading classrooms, labs, facilities, and equipment; improving school safety/ security systems, fixing deteriorating roofs, plumbing, electrical systems; and adding classrooms/ facilities to prevent overcrowding; shall Bonsall Unified School District’s measure authorizing $59,000,000 in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying approximately 4¢ per $100 assessed value (approximately $3,800,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, with oversight, audits, all money locally controlled?
