To repair local schools with funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall South Bay Union School District’s measure to replace leaky pipes and plumbing; repair classrooms; and upgrade aging electrical/ air-conditioning systems be adopted, authorizing $58 million of bonds with legal rates, estimated levies below $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation while bonds are outstanding (raising $3.8 million annually), annual audits, independent citizen oversight and full public disclosure of spending?
