Measure U - Alpine Union School District

With no increase in the expired 2023-24 tax rates, shall Alpine Union School District’s measure to replace leaky roofs, inefficient heating, air-conditioning and electrical at Boulder Oaks Elementary School, Shadow Hills Elementary School, Joan MacQueen Middle School, Mountain View Learning Academy and Creekside Early Learning Center be adopted, authorizing $6.3 million of bonds with legal rates, levies of $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (generating $1,200,000 annually while outstanding), audits, independent oversight, State matching funds eligibility, public disclosure of spending, and no funds taken by the State and used in other school districts?
