To repair aging schools by replacing plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; updating/adding classrooms for math, science, English, robotics/technology instruction; and improving safety and security, shall the Travis Unified School District measure authorizing $64 million dollars in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying 6 cents per $100 dollars of assessed value ($4 million dollars annually) while bonds are outstanding, with independent citizen oversight, no funds for administrators, and all funds for local schools only?
