To renovate labs, nursing/vocational/job training classrooms; remove asbestos/mold; upgrade clean drinking water, electrical/sewer lines, infrastructure; improve safety/security; repair, construct, acquire educational facilities, sites, technology; shall Long Beach Community College District's measure authorizing $990,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, be adopted, levying $25 per $100,000 of assessed valuation, generating $55,000,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, requiring audits, oversight, all funds used locally?

To require accountability and results, create affordable housing, support home ownership, provide rental assistance, increase mental health and addiction treatment, reduce and prevent homelessness; and provide services for children, families, veterans, domestic violence survivors, seniors, and disabled people experiencing homelessness; shall the measure repealing the Measure H tax and replacing it with a 1/2 cent sales tax, raising approximately $1,076,076,350 annually until voters decide to end it, with new audits and oversight, be adopted?

To repair, construct, acquire educational facilities, sites, equipment; support career education for students/ workers/ veterans, firefighter/ police training; remove asbestos; upgrade science labs, computer technology, campus/ earthquake safety, handicap accessibility; provide community healthcare services/ training; shall Compton Community College District authorize $200,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $20 per $100,000 of assessed valuation, generating $16,150,000 annually while bonds are outstanding be adopted, requiring audits, oversight, all funds used locally?

Shall the City Charter be amended to establish an independent redistricting commission to redraw Council district lines every ten years in the City of Los Angeles?

Shall an ordinance ensuring local firefighter/paramedic emergency response, involving wildfires, house fires, heart attacks, strokes, and car accidents; to hire/train firefighters/paramedics, upgrade/replace aging firefighter safety equipment, fire engines, helicopters, facilities, life-saving rescue tools, and 911 communications technology; by levying 6 cents per square foot of certain parcel improvements, providing $152 million annually, limited to 2% annual adjustment, until ended by voters, exempting low-income seniors, with independent citizens oversight, be adopted?

Shall the City Charter be amended to establish a minimum annual budget for the City Ethics Commission; increase the Commission's authority over spending decisions and hiring matters; allow the Commission to obtain outside counsel in limited circumstances; impose additional qualification requirements on Commission members; require the City Council to hold a public hearing on Commission proposals; and increase penalties for violations of City laws?

Shall the City Charter be amended to: allow peace officers employed by the Police, Airport, Harbor, and Recreation and Parks Departments to transfer membership and service from the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System to the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension Plan; and require the City to pay associated costs, including refunds to certain Airport and Police Department members for prior transfers?

Shall the measure amending the Los Angeles County Charter to create an elected County Executive; create an independent Ethics Commission to increase restrictions on lobbying and investigate misconduct; establish a nonpartisan Legislative Analyst to review proposed County policies; increase the Board of Supervisors from five to nine elected members; require County departments to present annual budgets in public meetings; using existing funding sources with no additional taxes to implement, as detailed in the charter amendment ordinance, be adopted?

Shall the measure amending the Charter to reduce Harbor and Public Utilities Commissioner terms to four years, transfer authority over Harbor Department employment and personnel matters from the Board of Harbor Commissioners to the Department’s Chief Executive Officer, excepting a Board- appointed Chief Operating Officer, Executive Officer to the Board, and Board staff, and increasing penalties for violations of Harbor Department rules from $500 to $1000, and changing the Harbor budget approval date, be adopted?

Shall the City Charter be amended to: require that commission appointees file financial disclosures before they can be confirmed; clarify the Controller’s auditing authority regarding City contractors; expand the City Attorney’s subpoena power; authorize temporary appointments to certain general manager positions; establish a process to evaluate the impacts of laws proposed by initiative petition; and make other changes and clarifications regarding City governance, appointments, and elections?

Shall the City Charter be amended to: clarify that the El Pueblo Monument and the Zoo are park property; clarify that departments may sell merchandise to support City operations; include gender identity in non-discrimination rules applicable to employment by the City; clarify the Airport Commission’s authority to establish fees and regulations; and make other changes and clarifications related to City administration and operations?

Shall the measure amending the City’s Charter to combine the Civil Service and Human Resources Departments into one unified department to manage all employee recruitment, hiring, and certifications; and establish an independent Civil Service Employee Rights and Appeals Commission to resolve complaints regarding Civil Service rules, to adjudicate classified employee disciplinary appeals; and to implement classified hiring preferences for Long Beach residents, students from local colleges and universities, current employees, and certain internships/apprenticeships, be adopted?

Shall the measure to maintain general city services, including 911 response; firefighter/paramedic; pothole/street repairs; improve storm drains; afterschool programs; senior services; parks; libraries; public health; and homeless services, by eliminating the exemption for electrical corporations/government agencies using gas to make electricity and applying Long Beach’s existing 5% gas utility user tax to said corporations/agencies, generating approximately $15,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring audits, spending disclosure, and all funds used locally, be adopted?

Shall the City Charter be amended to establish an independent redistricting commission to redraw Board of Education district lines every ten years in the Los Angeles Unified School District?

Shall the measure with no tax increase on residents and providing funding for general services such as public safety, 911 emergency response, gang prevention, street repairs, keeping public areas/parks safe, by updating Paramount's existing Business License Tax to apply to gross receipts (rates benefitting small businesses set forth in the measure) generating approximately $350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand dollars) annually until ended by voters, requiring spending disclosure, funds used locally, be adopted?

To improve school safety/ security systems; fix deteriorating infrastructure, roofs, plumbing, electrical; repair, construct and improve classrooms, labs and career-training facilities to support student achievement and college/ career readiness in math, science, technology, arts, and skilled trades, shall Paramount Unified School District's measure authorizing $190,000,000 in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying $60 per $100,000 of assessed value, generating approximately $10,000,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight and all money locally controlled?

To repair and improve aging neighborhood schools to support student achievement and college/career readiness in math, science, technology, engineering, arts/ skilled trades; fix deteriorating roofs, plumbing, electrical; improve safety/security systems; repair, construct, and acquire classrooms, labs, sites, facilities/equipment; shall Lynwood Unified School District's measure authorizing $80,000,000 in bonds at legal rates be adopted, levying $50 per $100,000 assessed value ($4,800,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and all money locally controlled?

To update school facilities for 21st century student learning and career/college preparedness; improve school facilities for safety, earthquakes and disability access; upgrade plumbing, electrical, HVAC; replace leaky roofs; provide learning technology; and create green outdoor classrooms/schoolyards; shall Los Angeles Unified School District's measure be adopted authorizing $9,000,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying approximately 2.5¢ per $100 of assessed valuation (generating $456,123,000 annually) until approximately 2059, with audits/citizens' oversight?
